- Experience: Phlebotomy experience preferred in all areas(geriatric, pediatric, neonate, routine, heel sticks, finger sticks); certification preferred. Collection of urine/blood drug screens-chain of custody. Prefer certification in DOT collections. Computer skills required. Supervisor experience preferred. Responsible for training, gathering information for competency review, regular checks on compliance of TJC standards and OCH policies, and will work under direct supervision of he Laboratory Supervisor and Laboratory Manager. Responsible for implementing action plans for corrective actions established by either Laboratory Supervisor or Laboratory Manager. Must be flexible in schedule and duties assigned. Responsible for assuring that services are provided in a manner that is consistent with Ohio County Healthcare policies and procedures and the Purpose and Vision.
